We usually serve the meals at the table and guests can take from the bowls and platters (table service). We primarily serve vegetarian meals, we can also cater for vegan meals and most intolerances. If you wish us to include meat dishes (chicken and/or pork – fish if available), a surcharge of IDR 90,000 per guest per day is applicable.

Guests can choose daily between:
- 2 eggs (any style), steamed vegetables, sliced tomatoes, toast
- Indonesian Breakfast Nasi or Mie Goreng.
- Toast with Jam, peanut butter honey and butter
- Pancakes with palm sugar, syrup and butter
- Omelette, steamed vegetables, sliced tomatoes, toast.
drinks included: 1 orange juice, up to 2 cups of plunger coffee or tea pot. (Extras: homemade muesli, fresh tropical fruit salad, fruit juice).
- Lunch: Typically a mix of Indonesian styled dishes e.g. Crispy Tempe, Tofu, Noodles, Nasi Kuning, Cap Cay, Vegetables, and Organic Raw Foods dishes and salads. Fruit platter as dessert. Spring Water.
- Afternoon Break. Hot Tea, Mountain Spring Water, some cake or small snack (usually after afternoon session)
- Dinner : Includes a choice of several Vegetarian rice, noodle and Potato dishes, vegetables, tempe, tofu, organic vegetables and salads. Dessert e.g. fried bananas, Ice cream, chocolate/banana cake. Spring Water.
- Fresh & Organic Bali Mountain Retreat restaurant uses the freshest of produce (organically grown when possible). Our à la carte menu features both Western and Asian cuisine including many Balinese specialties )not included in package). We do like to introduce as many fresh local products as possible when in season.
- On Request & Extras: Early Bird Breakfast: Hot Tea, water, cake or toast (usually before first group session). IDR 30,000 per guest.
- Ala Carte & Activities: All extras (additional meals, drinks and juices, massages, trekking etc) will be charged to the participants, payable upon check-out.
