Facilities and Services
- Reception : Reception Opening Hours: 8.30am – 6.30pm daily. All enquiries or bookings for massage treatments, guided walks and treks, workshops, daytrips, transport, laundry services, studio use and internet access can be made either at reception or by speaking with the girls in the Restaurant and Putu . Small selections of essential items are also available to purchase through Reception. We stock:
- Toothpaste and toothbrushes
- Sanitary products
- Panadol painkillers
- Sticking plasters and antiseptic
- Laundry detergent
- Check In / Check Out : Check In Time: 1pmCheck Out Time: 12noon. We accept Indonesian Rupiah, US Dollars ( $50, $100 notes, undamaged and newer than 2003), Australian Dollars and Euros calculated on the daily current exchange rate. Visa and Mastercard payment facilities are available. Due to charges levied by banks in Indonesia, payments by card will incur a 2.5% charge. There are no charges for cash payments.
- Internet Access: FREE WIFI internet access is available in all rooms at Bali Mountain Retreat. Please ask for the access password at reception. In the restaurant area the WiFi is musikaal_wifi In the superior teakhouse and surrounding area musikaal.wifi
- Laundry Service : A laundry service is available to guests staying for four or more days. The laundry is taken to a laundry service on the coast. The turn around time for laundered goods is approximately 2 days. If you wish to do your own hand washing, laundry detergent is available from Reception at a minimal cost.
- Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services will commence from 10.00am onwards. Please use the door sign provided to inform housekeepers if you do not wish to be disturbed or would like the room attended to as soon as possible. In keeping with our environmental policy we will not change towels daily unless you place them in the shower recess.
- Transport Service and Daytrips Onward: transfers to your next destination can be arranged at Reception. Transport for day trips to surrounding areas and other parts of Bali (See page 20) can also be arranged with Putu at Reception. Please give us at least 24 hours notice of your transport requirements.
